Certificate policy
Please review this policy before purchasing a certificate for your device.
No additional certificate warranty
NZCert does not provide an additional commercial warranty for certificates. We do not guarantee protection against revocation, uninterrupted availability or continued use until the stated expiry date.
Expiry dates and Apple restrictions
Certificate and provisioning profile status depend on Apple. A certificate may be revoked or restricted before its expiry date, which can affect app signing, installation or use. The date shown in your account is the technical expiry date, not a promise of uninterrupted service until that date.
Downloads and failed issuance
If a download expires or its file is deleted, you can prepare another copy at no extra cost while your paid certificate remains valid and usable. Preparing another copy does not restore a revoked certificate or include a commercial warranty for its replacement.
If initial issuance fails permanently, the purchase amount is returned to your NZCert wallet. This does not replace any refund or other remedy you are entitled to under applicable law.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, including legal guarantees, remedies or refunds required by applicable law. The absence of an additional commercial warranty does not remove those rights.
