    Open NZCert in Safari, download the enrollment profile and install it in Settings. Your device will appear in your account.

    Get your certificate and start signing.

    Choose your device and confirm the wallet payment. Once ready, install the signing app with your certificate to sign your apps.

What you need to know about registration, certificates and your wallet.

What do I receive when I purchase a certificate?

You receive your certificate inside a signing app, ready to install on your registered device. Import the included certificate to sign your apps. Your dashboard tracks progress and makes installation available when the file is ready.

Can I register more than one iPhone?

Yes. You can manage multiple iPhones from one account. Each device must complete its own registration in Safari, and each certificate is charged separately when you confirm its purchase.

Do I need to pay to register my device?

No. Creating an account and registering a device are free. The price shown in your dashboard is deducted from your wallet only when you confirm your certificate purchase.

How long is the certificate valid?

The technical expiry date appears in your order once preparation is complete. It is not a guarantee of uninterrupted use: a certificate may be revoked or restricted before that date. Download links expire separately; if the file expires, you can prepare another copy at no extra cost while your paid certificate remains valid and usable.

Does NZCert offer a certificate warranty?

NZCert does not offer an additional commercial warranty against certificate revocation, restrictions or interruption before the expiry date. Your statutory consumer rights, including remedies required by applicable law, remain unaffected. Read our Certificate policy for details.

How do I add funds to my wallet?

Sign in, open Wallet and choose your top-up amount, starting at €50. Complete your card payment with Stripe. Funds become available once payment is confirmed.

What happens if my certificate cannot be issued?

Your dashboard tracks preparation attempts. If the initial issuance fails permanently, the amount is returned to your wallet. Waiting for Apple to process a device does not trigger an immediate refund.

Which browser should I use on my iPhone?

Use Safari on the iPhone you want to register to download and install the enrollment profile. The dashboard targets Safari on iOS 16.4 or later. Earlier versions have not yet been validated.
